Update on Craft Room

Oh My Goodness
What a mess I have here.  Boy, I have spent so much time doing wreaths that the rest of my crafts are totally out of control.
I am weeding out a lot of stuff.  I must have 200 stamps and I haven't stamped in a long time.  Time to get back at it.
You know especially at this time, folks would love to get a home made card or gift item. We all need some cheering up.  Tomorrow I am going to do a Cricut project for Mother's Day.
On another subject:
Have you heard of Collard Valley Cooks?  I love watching her videos. They are mostly live. I don't do lives, they are just not my thing.  Anyway, a while back she made onion rings.  I have made them twice since watching the video and they are the best onion rings we ever had.  I never made them much cause we should not eat them and they are so  messy.  Well I did and YUMMY!!!!!!

Motivate......Motivate.........Motivate

Hi All,
Well I have some work cut out for me.  You would think with all the "extra time" on my hands I would have gotten my upstairs office/craft room/guestroom cleaned.  Well take a look:

Oh my Goodness!!!  I watch those young ladies do clean with me videos to motivate everyone but all it does is motivate me to take a nap!!!
Seriously, this needs help. LOL
Guess I will have to get serious.  The only good thing is that with this "shelter in place" order, I don't expect company will need the bed.
Will keep you posted on the progress.  Oh I did clean one drawer.........................😁

A Little Stay At Home Chat and Future Plans

Hi Everyone
Well I think this is the perfect time to get back into blogging.  As you can see, it has been quite a while since I posted on my blog.  I wasn't even sure that it would still be there. Now we all have extra time (well I could be cleaning LOL) to talk, blog and try new things.
If you have not been here before, check out some of my older entries.  There is a lot of content here.
I will be updating this site during the coming months and maybe changing it out totally, but for now here we are.
Please let me know in the comments what kind of content you would like to see.  I will be doing some more paper crafting in the future as one cannot live by wreaths alone.  As I do not sell my creations very often, I am trying not to overload myself with pretties that I cannot use.
That said, I still love to create wreaths and other decor and will continue to do so but not just wreaths.
Cricut, paper crafts, stamping and altered items will all appear.
I will also be re-opening my Facebook page and will let everyone know when that occurs.
So................now we can get together on YouTube, Facebook, and on the blog. Yippee!!!!

Wreath Bow and Lantern Topper Tutorial

Little Red Wagon

Hi Everyone and especially Arlynn.  I found this yesterday at our Sam's Club in Florida.  What a cute Christmas Décor piece.  The little Red Truck is all the rage this year.

This truck is about two feet long.  I love the Christmas Trees in the back. Sorry Arlynn, tried to send this picture by email but no go.  Thought you would like to see it.  This may be too big for your decorating but it still is adorable.

I am Really not missing

Hi everyone

Wow I did not realize it had been so long since I posted on my blog.  I have been doing quite a bit of crafting and sharing on YouTube.  Check out my channel.  You can find it under paperdreamer 1.

Don't ask me why I have two different names.  When I first got on YouTube, I didn't realize that I should use the same name as my blog.......Now it is too late to change it. Anyway if you check out this channel you will see that I have been busy.

Now today on the other hand, I am having some trouble crafting.  About 4 or 5 days ago I sliced a little tiny piece of my finger while using my mandolin.  (SHARP)!!!  It really isn't that bad but it is right at the tip of my middle finger on my left hand (I am left handed).  Every time I try to do something it starts to bleed again.  UGH!  When I put a band aid on it I am very awkward. I have been doing my fall décor.  It is nice to see those fall colors but the temperature at 90+ sure doesn't feel like fall.  We are supposed to have a lot of rain through the weekend due to a tropical Low just off the coast of Florida.  So far not much at all.  I feel for those folks on the Texas Coast who may experience a hurricane later this week.  Been there, done that and don't want to do it again.

I am including a picture of my outdoor décor by my front door.  Just something a little cute to welcome folks.

Won't be long now till the snowbirds return and we run, run, run for another 6 months.  I really enjoy the quiet time during the summer, but I know the snowbirds are necessary for our economy.  Besides, we have a lot of good friends who are seasonal. 

Well that's about all for now. I am going to try making a fall wreath this afternoon if my band aid doesn't drive me crazy.  Hmmmmmmmmmmm. maybe I will just find a good book to read.  Haven't read Nora Roberts latest.  Kindle here I come.
