More Projects from the Wedding Invitation Materials

Hi Everyone
Today I am sharing two projects I made using the paper I found at Michaels in a grab bag section (see previous post).  The first is the beginning of a Halloween Banner using the invitation paper and the second is another Christmas card using the same paper.  I like the concept of the tri-fold card but you can see that there was some "bleeding" of the colors.  I suspect that the paper has a linen like coating on it which caused this.  I don't think I would use alcohol markers and blending pen again on this paper.  Next time I will use my Tombo Markers. I still like the option of making some cards with the cardstock so I will be back with some more.
As far as the banner, this is just the beginning.  I will be decorating and getting it ready to hand.  I'll be back with the finished product.

Thinking Outside the Box..........Part 2

Well here I am again.  After not posting for months, I have put two out in a day!!!!
This is to show you some of the things I am doing with the Wedding Invitation stationary I found in a Michaels grab bag.  Two kinds of cards so far...........more to come
I know I know I know..................It is not even Halloween and I am doing Christmas cards, but if you make your own you have to start early.  I don't do too many Halloween cards but I may post one later.  Thanksgiving cards are limited to our family so that is about 6.  BUT my favorite holiday is Christmas so I have to send cards then.  Enjoy the pictures and video.
These were so easy to make with the card base done.  I used a Recollections paper pad from 1 or more years ago.  I explain it all in the video......Enjoy

OK guys............see you later...play nice!

Thinking Outside the box............Part 1

 Hi All
This first video shows what you can find in the "grab bag" section at Michaels.  I found this package of Wedding Invitation stationary last year and I am going to show you how you can "Think Outside the Box"
The second video (uploading now) and post  will give you some ideas for using the materials.

Thanks for stopping back and I will see you as soon as the next video uploads
