Birthday Card for fall using scraps

Hi everyone,
Well this entry took forever.  I finally got the YouTube video to load last night (after two tries), and by that time it was too late for me to write the blog entry.  This card is made from scraps left over from my fall mini album.  I will enter it into this week's Birthday Sundaes challenge HERE which is to use fall colors.  The paperstack is a recollections DCWV Simply Autum stack.  These new recollection stacks by DCWV are beautiful and the paper is nice and heavy.
Anyway here is the card and the video ;

Birthday Card Using the Cricut Bloom Cartridge

Hi everyone.
Here is the first card I made using the Cicut Bloom cartridge.  I love love the fence on this cart.  I can see a lot more possibilities for cards.  There is even a topiary tree which would work for a Christmas card. I think it came out super cute:

This is an A2 card.  I put all the demensions on my youtube video below.  Still having problems showing the screen of my gypsy.  I think the overhead light is causing too much glare.  Obviously I didn't even get it in frame this time but I would like to show the screen.  Any ideas?

That's all for now
See you later..............play nice.

Ice Cream Birthday Card with Smiley Cartridge

Hi everyone
Today's card uses the Smiley Card Cartridge.  The last few days I have been stamping and my cricut was MAD!! So today I made a couple of cards using Smiley Card.  I am entering them in two challenges.  Birthday Sundaes has an anything goes week and over at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge me Monday #69 you need to use something ice cream like.  YUM!  I think this card covers it all.  I also made another one and you can see both pictures, but card one is the entry.  I have a video coming up but I forgot to tell you that I cut the ice cream cone at 3.59 using my gypsy and hid the smiley face.

Hope you like it.  Used lots of fun tools. Check out the video

Cricut Wild Card and Flowersoft Birthday

Good Friday afternoon everyone
Today's card is for the Throwback Thursday Challenge over at My Creative Time. The challenge is to use Wild Card or Just Because Cricut Cart.  Include some embossing. I used the Wild card cartridge along with some stamping and Flowersoft.  I haven't used my Flowersoft since last Christmas and it was kinda fun.  I also promised on the video to share a couple of pictures of my stamp storage, so they are included at the end of the post.  Hope you like the card.  The directions are on the video.

I think it came out super cute.

Here are the pictures of my stamp storage.  I am using the double closet in the quest room/craft room.  My husband made me the shelves.  They only extend out 6 inches so company can still use the closed rod for hanging.  As this is our second guest room equipped with a Murphy bed, it is not used very often.  Pretty cool huh?

Guess that's all for now.  See you later...........play nice

Birthday Card with butterfly

Well Hello!
Wow, what a day.  ALL DAY doing pre-op stuff for my total knee surgery next week.  Only good thing is that I will be signed sealed and delivered on the day of surgery.  I missed my crafting.  I put together a simple birthday card for a friend who is having a birthday this month.  Thought it would fit well in two challenges. Birthday Sundaes HERE. and Celebrate the occasion. You can see that one HERE.  Hop on over and see all the great work the design teams have done and also check out the other blog entries.  Some great talent out there.  Here is my card.

A2 size card
Paper from my scrap bin. (I am determined to use some of this up)
Stamp from Michaels
Butterfly cut at 2.5 from Gypsy Wanderings

Back soon with a short video about a mini album.  Stay tuned
See Ya....................................play nice
