Hi everyone........don't forget me cause I'll be back. You won't believe the last few weeks. As I mentioned we put our house on the market. Well it sold in three weeks and two days!!!!! We have found our new place and put a contract on it. Now we just need to coordinate the two closings which should occur next week. Packing..................Packing....................Packing. We sold our house furnished as our new one is furnished also, but there is still a ton of stuff to pack and get ready for the move. I have already packed twenty boxes. Good news is that our new place also has three bedrooms so I will have a craft room again. Yea!
I put up a little tree, but I can't wait to get settled and put up my big one. Hope I can make the craft show this Saturday. Only problem is that I need to replenish my cards, especially birthday, get well, sympathy etc. Can't seem to find the time or mojo with everything else that is going on.
Well enough rambling. Keep in touch and I will be back with lots of new stuff in a couple of weeks.
See you soon................play nice.

Just in Case you thought I ran away
Hi everyone, Thought I would do a quick post to let you all know I am still alive and kicking. As I mentioned earlier, our house is on the market. We have open house just about every day as we are home. Let me tell you keeping a house in "show" condition is a challenge. I have also been working on my craft show items as my next show is Dec. 10th. I have tried 3 times to upload a short video on some of my items, but every time I did, someone came to look at the house. I will try again tomorrow. Don't forget me.....I'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ready..Set..Go for Christmas Episode 7 A Joy Card
Hi everyone,
Well it is good to be back at crafting. This is going to be a challenge. I will have to keep my craft room squeaky clean as the house is for sale and available for showings anytime. UGH!!! I don't know about you all but I am not the neatest crafter....in fact I am somewhat of a slob. Oh Well. I digress..
Today's card uses some letters cut from the plantin schoolbook cart along with a stamp from great impressions. The paper is from the Christmas pack from recollections..Pretty paper.
I think the card came out cute cute cute. The second card was stamped .from a boarder of ornaments stamp from sugarloaf. This is just the center panel to show other possibilities. You could also use a wreath stamp or even a plain scalloped circle with a peachy keen face stamped in the middle. Anything round will work.
The video below shows the process.

Ready...Set..Go For Christmas Episode 6. A Shaped Card........Some of my Halloween Goodies for Saturday's Craft Show
Hi everyone,
Boy, I wanted to get more posts in this week but I found out Monday that I would be doing a craft show this Saturday!!!. Thankfully I have lots of items already made, but I still was out straight. Below are a couple of pictures of my treat section. I always try to have a seasonal treat section for each show. I also heard Monday that I will have another show Dec. 10. Wow at least a little more upfront time.
This week's Christmas card is a Jingle Bell shaped card. Simple but pretty. Check it out. Measurements are given on the video.
Check out that ghostly choir. They are Tootsie pop wrapped in a coffee filter, tied with butcher's twine and stamped with a Peachy Keen face.
The little packages hold Reeses peanut butter cups and the funny guys are Frankinhersey.
Oh my, such fun to make. These will transform into Frosty the Hersey Bar for Christmas.
My hubby made the little stand for the ghosts. They look too cute standing there.
Well that's all for today. Tomorrow I will be busy checking out my card stash and making more as needed.
See you later........................play nice

Birthday Card for fall using scraps
Hi everyone,
Well this entry took forever. I finally got the YouTube video to load last night (after two tries), and by that time it was too late for me to write the blog entry. This card is made from scraps left over from my fall mini album. I will enter it into this week's Birthday Sundaes challenge HERE which is to use fall colors. The paperstack is a recollections DCWV Simply Autum stack. These new recollection stacks by DCWV are beautiful and the paper is nice and heavy.
Anyway here is the card and the video ;

Ready...Set...Go for Christmas Episode 2. Stamped Wreath Card
Hi everyone,
Here is this week's episode of Ready..Set..Go for Christmas. This week we are making a stamped card using unconventional stamps to create a wreath. These cards are super simple and look terrific. I made two of them in just over 10 minutes. 6 of these made and 4 from last week. That means I am up to 10 cards done. Just a FEW more to go. Check out the latest cards and video
The tree in the background (unfinnished) is made from folding a magazine. This is from a Martha Stewart craft from last year. YouTube videos are available to show the process.
Thanks for stopping by. Leave a comment...............I love comments

Celebrate Fall
Hello Tuesday folks.
Today it's about time to celebrate fall. In Florida we love to celebrate fall cause that means we made it through another summer. Actually you really wouldn't know it yet as the temperature is still in the high 80s and low 90s. HUMID. But if the calendar is almost at October then cooler, less humid weather is not too far away. While all you folks up north are putting your gardens to sleep, we are getting ready to plant tomatoes and peppers. There are some great things about this climate.
Anyway, today's card is my celebration of fall. I will be entering this is a couple of challenges
Celebrate the Occaision.........use ribbon
Fantabulous Cricut...............Use leaves
I am please with the way this came out. What do you think?
Here is the video with measurements
Don't forget to check back Thursday for episode 2 of Ready Set Go for Charismas

Halloween Card Using Colorcore Cardstock
Hi Everyone
Today's video is a Halloween card using a special cardstock pak that my daughter-in-law sent me last year. As I mentioned yesterday, I don't send too many Halloween cards out but I just had to make this for Kerry,
Thanks and make sure you check out Pat Katans (sp?) if you are in the Cleveland Ohio area.
