Easter Eggstavaganzer Blog Hop

Hi everyone and welcome to the Easter Eggstavaganzer Blog Hop.  If you arrived here from Giselle's blog Cross My Heart Papercrafts you are in the right place.  If you just happened to stop at my blog and want to  hop along go to Nadia's beautiful mess blog so you won't miss any great projects.  Today's hop includes an Easter project and also something yummy for the tummy.  A lot of us get together with family or friends for Easter so we thought a few entertaining or treat ideas would be just the thing.  Hope you enjoy and DON'T COUNT THE  CALORIES as you hop along.  Here is my project and dessert idea.

See video below

Dessert Recipe
2 Packages of Frozen mini Filo cups
1 container Ready to eat Cheescake filling
Flaked coconut (colored green)
put coconut in plastic bag and add green and yellow liquid food color
mix around and add a little water if needed to disperse the color
put on parchment paper in 200 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until dry
mini jelly beans or other mini candies.
Fill each cup with cheesecake filling (about 1 TBLS)
top with tinted coconut and candies
HOW SIMPLE
Caution:  Food colors will stain your hands.  If coconut is not dry you might want to wear plastic gloves.
Well that's it for today.  Oh except I have some blog candy for you.
A 12 pack of Martha Stewart tinsel glitter.

To win just leave a comment. I would love it if you become a follower.
I will pick the winner on Monday, April 11.  In case you get lost, I have included the whole hop list for you.  Now on to Yolanda's  blog and her great ideas.
See Ya.............play nice.
